He has more than 10 years of experience in debt syndication, including detailed project reports and corporate debt restructuring. For MahaRERA projects, he handles Form 3 certification, designated-account reconciliations, due diligence, taxation and valuation. He tracks each project’s filings and fund flows against its schedule, with a clear view of the risks.

  Ashwini is a Cost Accountant with more than 8 years of experience in valuation, direct taxation, financial accounting and regulatory compliance. For MahaRERA projects, she works on project cost and financial feasibility assessments, valuation, taxation of real estate projects, and the accounting and compliance behind quarterly and annual filings.

  Varun is a practising advocate with more than 10 years at the Bar. His areas of practice are in real estate law: agreements for sale and development agreements, title searches and Legal Title Reports, legal due diligence, and matters before MahaRERA, the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal and other courts.
